Top Tips

  • Start in a back layout position with your chin off your chest, your shoulders down, and your arms sculling around your hips.
  • From the back layout position you very quickly move your arms back and around your shoulders and head, meeting your feet at a 12 o'clock position.
  • When your arms meet your feet you will sink straight down into the pool.
