Top Tips

  • You should be holding the pole with the inside of your thighs, just above the knees.
  • Hold your inside arm high up the pole, and your other arm across your body.
  • Take three steps as a run up, starting with your right leg if you are spinning clockwise.
  • Make sure you stick your bottom out as you go into the spin so you don't crash into the pole!
