In this video, Dancin' Kim teaches us how to do the rad new dance, the Running Man!

Step 1: Right Knee Up!

To begin doing the Running Man, raise your right knee while standing on your left foot. Your right knee should be up to the level of your waist.

Step 2: Step Down & Slide!

Now bring your right foot down, and slide your left foot back. Make sure you slide your left foot back at the same time that you're bringing your right foot to the floor.

Step 3: Left Knee Up!

Now raise your left knee to about waist height, swinging it forward from its back position.

Step 4: Slide And Chug!

Bring your left foot down while sliding your right foot back. The right foot should slide back in a lunge-type movement. The Running Man gets much easier once you get going and can do it faster, so don't be discouraged in the beginning.

Step 5: Add A Hop!

Now give it a little style! Add a hop each time you bring your foot down. Repeat the basic movement of hop-lunge, hop-lunge. Put some shoulders into it, and bring it up to tempo with the beat.

Step 6: Swing Arms!

Bring your arms down with each hop of the Running Man. Now get into it and take it to the max! Once you've got the basic moves down, add some bigger arms for some funky fresh style! Now you're doing the Running Man! Be sure to do the Running Man the next time you're at a party or a cool club. You'll be the hit of the dance floor!

Speaking of Vanilla Ice, remember parachute pants? God the 80's were hilarious usually without the need of drugs. The fumes alone from all the hairspray were enough to get anybody high.

This is not real , but it is funny as hell !! The actress , Kim Wood is 25-30 years old , no where near old enough to have made these videos back in the 80s. I love them though , keep them coming.
