How To Do Twist Hairstyles

I'm going to show you how to do a twist hairstyle. What I've done is sectioned it in a zigzag parting. So we're going to start at the back of the head and just taking about half an inch thick sections.

Just start to twist the hair around. And what you want to do is make sure the hair is nice and combed, and just for now, use a grip to hold it in place. The next section, once again, just take about a half an inch parting section for the parting, and again start twisting, twist all the way to your grip, take the grip out again, and just re-grip it for now.

And then your last section will be your front section. Now, you can take this section a little bit thicker, and again, start twisting, and then using the same grip, just to hold it in place for now. Okay, now I'm starting the opposite side and doing the exact same thing.

I'm just twisting the hair all the way down and I'm going to use another grip, just to hold it in place for now. Okay, so you can do as many twists as you want. What I'm doing is just giving very simple two or three twists in each side and I'm just finishing off with the front twist, once again, twisting all the way around.

Once you have all the twists going into the back of the head, what you can do is just grip it, one grip, just to hold it in place, and then use your other grip, once again, through the middle to hold it in place. And there you have a twist hairstyle.
