In this video, I'm going to show you how to download movies directly to your iPod. You can either rent or buy directly from iTunes. If you buy the movie, it will stay in there forever unless you delete it.

And if you want to rent it, then you get 30 days to watch it. Once you start playing it, you get a grace period of 48 hours to finish watching the movie. So, in order to find films, if you go to the iTunes app, on your iPod, and select Videos, you will be presented with a list of popular films and TV programs.

So, you can select any of these, and alternatively, you can click on the Search tab and you can type in your search and you can search for a particular film or TV program to download. If we go back to Videos tab, and we just look at this one, you will be given a screen, which allows you to preview the video. If you press the preview button, you will get a short clip which asks you to confirm that this is what you want to download.

If you tap the screen, you will get all the menu controls up and you can click done when you are finished watching that. Then you got the option to either rent or buy, so you can tap on whatever option you want. So if I tap Rent, it will then go green, and once it goes green, this is the confirmation stage.

So if you click it again, it will now go into a download and it will start downloading and it will charge your iTunes account. You can access the film once it?s downloaded from the videos tab. If you have another model of iPod such as one with a click wheel, it also supports video.

You won't be able to download the movie directly onto the iPod. So, you have to use iTunes first and basically, if you just go to the iTunes store in iTunes, the films tab at the top, and TV programs, if you click on one of those, there will be a list of popular films, or you can search for a particular film or TV program by using the search bar on the top right. Once you find the one that you are interested in, click on it and you will be able to click the Buy, or the Rent button here, which is similar to the way we did for the iPod touch and this will download it to your computer and then when you plug your iPod in, it will sync it straight across your iPod.

And that's how to download movies directly to an iPod touch or if you have an iPod click wheel version, by the iTunes software.
