Step 1: Outline and Details

Start with a round head and two large circles for the ears. Next draw a squat little body and small sturdy legs. Give him arms and a little wave. Give his head detail with a tuft of hair, eyes, nose and a tiny mouth. Finish him off with a long and windy tail.
