Hi I'm Laura from Creative Drawing Studio in London! We offer art classes for children and adults. We believe that drawring is an enjoyable skill anyone can learn, so why not give it a go, and see what happens? Let's draw a dog, and let's start with the nose. We're going to use, put the nose in the middle of our page here, and we're going to draw a "squashy" circle, with a highlight.
Like this. Place a little curvy line, just coming down, which will give us the length of the face. This is a shaggy dog.
Then we'll draw the top of the dog's fringe, and then above this we'll draw a little bit of the hair standing up like this, the fur like that. Next we'll put in the floppy ears. Like that.
Let's put in the rest of the face, which is kind of like a big furry face. And our dog will be sitting. And place in the inside of the two front legs, and again, with little furry strokes.
And, on either side, you can put fur here. and then we can extend around to the face there. Let's put in our paws, this paw is facing out a little bit.
And this paw is facing out like this a little bit. And a bit of the dog's body inside. We're going to show the side of the dog over here.
Come around to the head there. Now we'll put in the back legs, which are folded, but first we'll put the paws, so on this side, put the paw in that spot. Bit of the fur around it.
It's shape is bent around like a curvy line, so if you want to put in half a heart shape or a curvy line, you can put that in as a guide, and place the fur around it. And again, the back paw here, and coming around. And this curvy line here, and around it.
And there is out shaggy dog. .
