How To Draw Mermaids

In this video, I'm going to show you how to draw mermaids. Draw a circle, then a line vertically, then draw an oval. Next, draw a line to guide you in the direction of the body.

Next, draw the shoulders, two circles at the end of the line. Next, draw the torso, you're drawing a square. Next, draw a circle for the waist.

Next, draw in a triangle shape for the pelvis. Now, draw in the arms. Next, draw in the neck.

Now, draw two circles on the torso for the bust. Now, draw cylinders on the arm, these are the muscles. Next, we're going to draw in the tail.

There's going to be two fins at the bottom of the tail. So, from the waist, we're going to draw on the outside of the line we drew in first. Next, we're going to draw in each of the joints and the cylinders which are the muscles together by drawing a line around them.

Next, we're going to draw in the bra, they go around the bust. Draw in a little belly button. Now, we're going to draw the fingers in, little ovals for each individual finger and a thumb.

Now, we're going to do the face, draw a horizontal line in the middle of the face and the eyes will be placed here. Now, draw in the eyes. Next, we're going to draw the hair and I'm going to make the hair wavy.

I'm just drawing the basic form. Next, I'm going to draw the rock which the mermaid is leaning on. And there you go.
