How To Draw Short Anime Characters

Okay, now I am going to draw a short manga character, don't want to make him too cartoon-y so he's not going to be too distorted. Traditionally in comics and cartoons. If your character is short they may be a little bit round, and so I am going to, not going to use too cartoon-y proportions, but I am going to try and make them a little bit realistic, I might cut to the tummy, roughly around here, if your character is perhaps over the age of 20, I need to draw him in a very posey position actually, he is quiet proud of his stature and cannot let anyone walk over him, as the expression would get cheeky, so here, so similar haircut, ears, come over the haircut he is wearing a shirt, this is roughly where his cringed thumbs, if he has got his thumbs on his hips, this is where you would place them.

Roughly here. So the first sphere in which head and neck, neck here, second sphere top of the chest, and in the middle of sphere two and three I would put the tummy button here. Sphere 3 is the hips area.

Highest to the knees actually, about half way through.1,2,3,4, yes the 3 and a half. The fourth sphere I am going to show short legs knees and shoes or flip flops , cause this character is wearing flip flops Okay.
