Hey there guys, I'm going to give you a quick chat on how to drink Absinthe. Now Absinthe can either be of the Parisian or Czech variety both have got slightly different flavor profiles and are both drank in slightly different drinks. A lot of people tend to use it in small drops or just small quantities, for example in a "Corts Survivor" or if you want to use a lot of it in a drink you need to lengthen it out a bit with either, citrus, sugar, egg white, some thing like that and just give it good dilution because it is very strong.
And it has got a bit of a dangerous reputation, you know, and every one loves to drink Absinthe just to get drunk but it's beautiful stuff and it's meant to be enjoyed and that's how you should drink Absinthe.
