Today, I'm going to be showing you about drying cranberries. Now, cranberries really are a super fruit. They have got a bursting with loads of different vitamins and it's something that we can really easily incorporate into our diet.

I'm going to show you how to pop them into your dehydrator. It's really easy to do. These ones, actually, have been on the go for many, many hours.

The best thing to do with things like this is to pop them in and just leave your dehydrator running overnight. Now, here you can see some gorgeous cranberries. These have been dehydrating for about six hours now and you can see, they're not really at the stage that you'd like to see.

Maybe like a raisin or a currant, so it will take several more hours to go. To speed things up, you can cut your cranberries in half. I know it's a bit of a pain but really cuts the drying time in half.

We're going to pop these in now and let them carry on overnight. Now, you can store cranberries in a number of ways. You can pop them in the fridge and they'll last many weeks, if not months.

You can freeze them and they'll last about a year, however, if you do dehydrate them like this, apparently, they can last for many, many years. So, cranberries are really, really fab. Chuck them in a stir fry, blend them up into a gorgeous smoothie, and to dehydrate them, pop them in your dehydrator, maybe overnight or in your oven on the lowest setting, probably no more than 100 degrees.

Then, you leave them for many hours, and then, simply enjoy. And that is how you can dry cranberries. .
