Wash the mushrooms and remove the woodier part of the stalk.
Cut them into slices approximately 0.5-1 cm thick.
Evenly spread them out on a single layer and place them in your food dehydrator. Set the dehydrator to 57 degrees Celsius to maintain the flavour.
When they are ready they should be leathery and brittle.
Place them in airtight storage containers for future use.
