How To Dunk A Basketball

Nothing excites the crowd like a break away slam dunk. Follow these steps to slam your way to stardom.

Step 1:

Ready For Take-off

First step is to be physically able to jump high enough to dunk the ball into the basket. If you can then you'll want to catch the ball on a fast break and head towards the basket. Taking your two step, jumping off of one leg while raising the ball above the rim. Slam the ball through the rim before you come back down to earth.
Step 2:

Get Back On Defense

After you slammed the ball through the hoop and are basking in the glory of the dunk remember one thing. It is worth only two points. Get back on defense and don't celebrate. After all, next time it could be you that is dunked on.

This doesn't tell how to dunk at all. Just to dunk and then get back on d. I already knew that.
