How To End A Relationship

I'm now going to talk to you about how to end a relationship. Endings are as important as beginnings. It's like breathing.

Breathing in is as important as breathing out, as is the pause in between, the present, the moment. So, it's very important to be present and in the moment in your ending as you would be in your beginning. And tell this person what you've learned from them, how you appreciate them, how they've helped you to love, to grow, to be the person that you have become, but that now you realize that the time has come to part, that for your own growth, you need to take a different journey, a different turn.

And then, listen to them deeply, intently. If you have any resentments or anger left, do not share that with them. Write that in a letter that you burn.

When you're parting with them, do it with love, do it with grace and show them the quality of who you really are. .
