How To Exercise Your Thigh Muscles
This Videojug video explains how to exercise your thigh muscles with a few simple moves without any equipment utilizing only your own body weight.
Today, I'm going to show you how to exercise your thigh muscles. The thigh muscles are the group of muscles here at the front of the leg and for this move, it's called a reverse lunge to knee-up. So, we're going to stand nice and tall and you're going to take the right leg back into a reverse lunge keeping the body nice and straight out to drawn in and then you're just going to bring the knee up to the front like so and back into the reverse lunge and keep the move going.
So, you're moving the right leg but it's the left thigh that's really working on this one. And again, single leg moves, so switch over and do it on the other leg. Now, to make this a little bit more advanced and work the thigh muscles even harder, you add a hop in.
So, same start, reverse lunge and then you come up to a hop. Keeping the body nice and straight again, really working on your balance and same on the other side. So, to recap, what we've done there is we've done a reverse lunge, we've done the knee-up and we've also added in a hop to make it a bit harder.
So, reverse lunge with a hop. So, those are a couple of very basic exercises just using your own body weight. And that's how to exercise your thigh muscles. .
