How To: Facial Tips!
Follow these simple and effective techniques at home to really rejuvenate your skin and get the blood flowing back to your face.
I'm going to show you how to make some techniques on facial rejuvenation, simple techniques that you can do at home or with friends and family. One thing in facial rejuvenation we do is stimulate the acupressure point on the face. That's what I'm going to do now.
The idea is to feel the pores under your index fingers. We start with the forehead and this is just to initiate the ability of the clients to be more receptive, be more sensitive to her face. You want also to allow the lymph flow to kick in and also the blood to flow into the face.
More slowly, up to the nose, in the bony area and around the sinuses and under the eye back in the middle, feel the pulse, then just by the nostrils, the tip of the nose, just under the nose, upon the mouth, at the edge of the mouth, now on the chin, at the edge of the chin just on the earlobe, just under it, and behind the earlobe. On the sternum, and lastly the crease of the armpit, we can go with a firm pressure here. So, by stimulating the acupressure point on the model, we have basically allowed the blood to move freely into her face, and also stimulating the lymphatic system- very good to clear the toxins out.
What I'm going to do now is a technique that will really allow the face to really relax. It's very simple; you can do it at home. These are circular movements that I'm going to do with my forefingers, always starting from the midline of the face moving outwards.
We'll start with the forehead, and what I want to do are some big circles. This is something you can easily do when you're sat in front of the mirror at home, waking up in the morning and before you go to bed. We can use two fingers for this area because it's a bit smaller and so that is effective.
This as well is relaxing and will increase even more circulation to the face. We have been doing some stimulating acupressure points on the face and then we did a technique that is called initial release and these are simple tips and techniques you can use at home to relax your face. .
