To fall asleep, you must think about your diet, liberate your stresses, exercise at least half an hour everyday, plan your errands and experience every moment of the day.
In this video, I am going to tell you how to fall asleep. One of the most important things you can do is your diet. So, for example, casing out coffee after 2 o'clock in the afternoon will make a huge difference of your ability to fall asleep.
If you have thoughts going through your mind or may be slightly stressed at a moment, falling asleep could be slightly harder. If that is the case, keep a notepad by your bedside. What you can do is write down any of the thoughts you have in your head, whether jobs to do or things or people you have to talk to, at least once, it is down on paper, it is out of your mind.
Using natural remedy like lavender drops will really help you to get into that sleepy state. Also, no watching TV for at least an hour before you go to bed will help you to rest your mind. Have a regular routine that prepares your body for sleep, whether it is a warm bath or some warm milk, something that pursue into a confiding state.
Exercising at least half an hour everyday will also help you to sleep in the evening. But make sure the exercise is not two hours before you're trying to sleep. One exercise that can help you to fall asleep is by lying in bed, starting your toes, clenching those toes and then telling yourself that they relax.
We want your heels, we want your ankles, and gradually work your way up through the body until every single part of your body has felt that moment of relaxation. When you get to the crown of your head, imagine the top to be opening out in any state by nasality or restlessness is leaving your body. This is a brave calming exercise you can use on nightly basis.
Also, visualizing what you are doing the next day will help you in the same kind of way as counting sheep. So, think about the following day what you are going to be doing from the morning to the evening. Take each moment and imagine it be the best as possible as it could be.
What it does look like, what it does sound like, what it does feel like. This is a great way to put you into a sleepy state but in a very positive way, so you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the next day. And that is how to fall asleep. .
