I'm going to talk to you about feeling better. How we feel is entirely our own decision. It's up to us.
Other people can't make us feel bad or miserable. It's entirely our own choice and our own making. So first of all, we've got to have responsibility for knowing that we're driving the boat as far as our feelings are concerned.
In order to feel a bit better, the best way to do it is to start thinking and remembering a time when you felt you were having fun, you were feeling happy, and go back into that memory. Just access the feelings, access the memories, and begin to allow that feeling to build in your stomach. Just remember and go into the feeling and the sensations.
Remember how you felt, think about the idea, and just float away and begin to feel a little bit better. One top tip is not to try and go from feeling miserable to really happy fast. Just go step by step.
Begin to feel a little bit better and hold that steady, and then feel a little bit better still, and hold that steady, and before you know it, you'll be back into a much better state, and when we're in a better state, we attract much better stuff into our life. So, there's no point in feeling bad and miserable about anything. Do a switch point, imagine a flip switch inside yourself and just decide in your own mind that you're going to feel a little bit better, and begin with emotions and feelings inside.
Also, when you smile, your brain is immediately activated into thinking, “Ah, I'm feeling better.” So, begin with a smile and that'll give all of your body and your mind all the information it needs to begin the process of beginning to make you feel a lot better than you did before. Laughing really hard helps as well.
So if you want to feel better, just begin making it up in your mind and get your mind to go there first, and then let the rest of you catch up. It's always possible to feel better, and it's a choice and we get to decide all the time how we feel, and let's make it really good. Your mind will go with whatever you're asking it to do, so just say, I'm going to choose to feel a little bit better and go there, just go there in your mind and use feelings, and use memories, and use thoughts, and talk about a story with your friends, tell them some better stuff, tell them some good news, and get positive, and you'll begin to feel a lot better fast. .
