How To Find A Football Team

Today, I'm going to take you through some football basics to help get you started. How to find a football team. If you're looking for a local club to join, there are many ways that you can go about this.

Firstly, you want to ask friends and family. I'm sure most people know somebody that plays, at some level, for some football team. Ask about.

They might be looking for players, and you never know your luck. I know players have joined me, a couple of players, by looking on the FA dot com. They have a special club finder section where you type in your post code or places that are near to you and it brings up a list of clubs in your area and the contact details.

It's then down to you to contact those clubs and see if they're looking for players and running training sessions. A lot of local newspapers also have advertisements for clubs that are looking for players at all different age levels so it's important to look at that sort of things. And also, most commonly, what everybody must use nowadays is Facebook.

There are groups for teams and clubs, and you know, people posting on walls. If you pick something up, go with it. Drop them a message, see if they're looking.

It's just about taking the opportunity, taking the initiative yourself. A local Sunday club won't look for you, you have to look for them. So, try all of those out, have a look, have a ring around, and I'm sure that you'll be able to find a club. .
