My name is Michelle Bassam. I am a counselling psychologist and also the clinical manager for Harley Therapy. Today, I am here to talk to you about different aspects of therapy and how therapy can help you as individuals or as couples.

How to find a therapist? It is a mind thought but there are many ways and safe ways to go ahead and look for the right therapist that would be right for you. Think of your presenting issues, think of the possibilities of how you would like to be with your therapist. Do a little bit of research, look on the Internet, look on certain therapist's websites for the different types of therapy which is available.

Are you looking at embarking on long term therapy tutor? Think of lots of ways that are going to be useful for you. You are the most important person and you have now to make the decision that verbally could be the right for you as individual. So, then we go ahead and we look for qualifications.
