As much as you can easily delete your computer system's history, you can find and restore those deleted history too. Watch and learn from this video tutorial featuring Malcolm Graham of Limetree.
One quick and easy way to do this is to use the Restore File and within the Restore File, there'll always be an active history. So, if you have a system restore feature, all the history will be saved in the Windows registry and restoring it to a previous state will restore the file and program history. Click on the Start button in the lower left corner of your computer screen.
Navigate the cursor arrow over to the right-hand column. Highlight help and support, and left click. This option should be the third choice up from the bottom in the list.
Locate the choice on the page that says System Restore and click on the option with the left click. Click on the option Restore my computer to an earlier time. On the next screen, choose the date and revert the system back to that date.
Verify that the computer has reverted to the previous version. If not, try browsing the old index files. Okay, so once you've restored your computer to an early date, then you can obviously see the history that's been deleted, so even though this history has just been deleted, we've actually recovered it again from yesterday.
And that's how to find your deleted history. As much as you can easily delete your computer system's history, you can find and restore those deleted history too. Watch and learn from this video tutorial featuring Malcolm Graham of Limetree.
