You need to allow yourself to grieve at a pace that you both feel able. But, there are support groups available within your hospital, or through your GP (General Practitioner), local directory, newspapers, or on the internet that may be right for you, as an individual or as a couple. At the start of the process, you may find it's easier just to discuss it between yourselves, express your feelings regarding your loss, or within the family unit or close friends.
Sometimes, if we get involved with a group too soon, you get very emotional about other peoples loss and are not actually able to focus on your own. You will know when it's the right time to join a group, which can be extremely beneficial.
