In this video, I'm going to tell you how to find the perfect beach wedding dress. When looking for your wedding dress, you need to consider what style of wedding you're having. If you're having a winter wedding, a summer wedding, a beach wedding, etc.

, once you've established that and actually got a date set for your wedding, then you can start the mission of finding your perfect wedding dress. The best thing to do is to actually look in your wardrobe and see what dresses and tops you absolutely love wearing. Whether the neckline is a sweetheart, whether it's a round neck, whether you've got a strapless dress that you adore wearing, or whether you really like wearing sleeves.

Once you've kind of determined that, you sort of know the sort of style of dress that you're going to be looking for, and then you can start your mission of wedding dress shopping. Don't have a preconceived idea really of what you're going to end up with, because when you start trying on a full-length ivory dress, everything changes. But it is good to have a sort of vague idea of, I definitely want sleeves, I definitely don't want strapless.

Then, when you start looking and trying on, then it will all become clear. The best thing to do is just to book a whole load of appointments and go in and try on dresses. The more you try on, the more obvious it becomes to what suits you.

Now obviously, you're getting married on a beach, so obviously it's going to be hot. So what you don't want to do is have loads and loads of layers on your wedding dress and you'll get too hot. Also, having a structured wedding dress when you're getting married on the beach just looks slightly out of place, because structure looks much better in a more traditional church setting.

So, fabric is the key thing to find your perfect beach wedding dress. This is a great example of a crepe satin, and it's really good for a beach wedding. So you've got the structure up here, and then you've got the cowl back.

It will keep you cool. You'll have your back exposed, and you won't get too hot. Another really good idea is the halter neck version, which is again, out of a really nice, light crepe fabric so you won't get too hot, and it's nice and low here, so your shoulders and arms are not covered.

So it will keep you cool, and this has got a really low back. So always keep in mind, again, finding the right style to suit your figure, but remembering that you are going to be actually getting married on a beach, so you have to try and visualize what you're going to look like on the day, in the dress, on the beach, and it almost needs to work without shoes as well.
