How To Flatten Stomach

When trying to flatten your stomach, you need to remember two things, eat healthy and train hard. This video will show you how to do both of these things.

In this video, I'm going to talk about how to flatten your stomach. Now, there are two things to do to have a flat stomach. First of all, you need to eat well.

That means not having too many calories, having a lot of protein, not too much fat and also try and have slow releasing carbohydrates or low GI foods as opposed to high GI foods. The other thing you need to do is train. If you've already got a bit of a belly, you need to burn that off.

What I recommend is mixing cardiovascular training with resistance training. By mixing the two together, you burn more fat and you'll see more of a difference here. So I'm going to combine an exercise.

I'm going to do two exercises at the same time. I'm going to do a dead lift and also a front raise at the same time. First of all, let me break it down and show you the first lift.

Dead lift, coming up straight, very similar to a squat, technically, it is called a classical dead lift. The weight is in front of you, you go down and come up. The second exercise is a front raise from here, all the way up and down, all the way up and down.

And if we combine them, it becomes twice as hard. I've chosen a lightweight because I want to do lots of reps. If I do lots of reps, it becomes cardio as well.

It is cardio and resistance together. It is a hard exercise. If you are training, choose harder exercise.

Mix them up, always shock your body. And in terms of how often you should train, train as much as you can. You can train everyday.

It is very hard to over-train. Maybe two or three hours every day, you can do that if you have the time. So when flattening your stomach, remember nutrition, choose exercises which are difficult and work the whole body and train hard, be committed, train everyday.

It is much better to train hard everyday and get the results than do it relaxed and not commit yourself, otherwise you just won't get there. When trying to flatten your stomach, you need to remember two things, eat healthy and train hard. This video will show you how to do both of these things.
