How to fold a cardigan

Step 1: Fold after ironing

For best results fold immediately after ironing.

Step 3: Lay flat

Place on a flat surface and smooth out any creases.

Step 2: Button

Fasten every button on the cardigan to hold it together. Turn it over with the buttons facing down.

Step 4: Fold one side

Bring one side of the cardigan in towards the centre, creating a vertical fold from about the middle of the shoulder, down. Bring the sleeve over with it too. Then fold the sleeve back down over the folded part. The cuff should be in line with the bottom of the cardigan.

Step 5: Repeat

Repeat this with the other side. Fold the side of the cardigan inwards, and the sleeve down.

Step 6: Fold the bottom up

Fold the bottom of the cardigan and the sleeves to about halfway up the back. Fold the bottom half of the cardigan over from the halfway point, up towards the neck. Smooth everything down and turn the cardigan over.

To avoid creasing the cardigan, first lay a sheet of tissue paper over it to cushion the folds, and fold as before.

An OK but not great job. Why didn't he use this method in one of his other videos http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-fold-a-shirt - It's odd that he' so careless considering he's supposed to be an experienced tailor in Saville Row showing mere mortals how to do stuff.
