How To Fold A Fan Napkin

Hi, my name is Luigi and i I am the maestro on the art of napkin folding. What we are doing today, is a demonstration on the napkin which come from my book, "Luigi's Language of Napkin Folding". What we are doing now is a classic fan, so we just took a napkin and just we fold it in half then we actually take, like a long way and we take each section here and we concertina.

So what you do now, you take, fold it this way and you can see, I am slowly getting to the end of the napkin. I told, this is a classic one, it is a different version from the classic fan. It is a different version of the classic, because I feel that a napkin, the fence should be nice from book side, from my side and from the other side as well.

So having done this, we fold this section in half. You notice in here there is a pocket, ok, you take the section and fold that inside of the pocket. Now what we do is, we open this and put it on a plate, little flower is there before and that is the fan.

What is good about this one is, it is lovely also on the back, you can see.
