How To Fold A Linen Shirt

Hi I'm Dan at John Lewis and today I'm going to show you how to fold a linen shirt. Linen naturally creases far easier than cotton, so you have to make sure that you do your buttons up for the shirt ready to fold it. Once you have done the buttons up, reverse the shirt onto your surface.

Make sure you are folding on a flat surface because of the linen's unique makeup - it is far more crease prone in comparison to other materials. Fold in from the side, and just bring the arms into the middle. Once you have done that, just make sure you are equal on the sides.

Fold in first from the bottom, and then in again up to the top. That's how you fold a linen shirt. .
