Ever wonder how to spice up your suit or dinner jacket? Well, in this detailed VideoJug Dan is going to show us how to properly fold a pocket square to add that little bit of sophistication and flare we all search for.
I am Dan and I am a visual merchandiser at John Lewis and I am going to show you how to fold a pocket square. Pocket squares are used on dinner jackets and suits and this is going to be for a suit. I am going to match up the corners folding it in half diagonally.
Fold the square up from the bottom. Then gently fold into the middle. Then fold in again just to create the square.
If the pocket is not too deep then you can fold in again it will just make it easier for when you are putting it into the jacket. Then you offer up to the pocket of the suit and just place in like that, just being careful to get the square sides across. That is how you fold a pocket square.
