I'm Dan, and I'm a visual merchandiser at John Lewis, Oxford Street. I'm going to show you how to fold a pair of linen trousers. Linen naturally as a fabric is more creasable than regular fabric so you have to take extra care when folding - whether to hang, or store in a drawer, or pack if you're going on holiday.

If you fold your trousers in, this would be the way that you'd fold your trousers if you had a half-length wardrobe to then put the hanger on the edges here - just be quite careful that you don't get any kinks in the fabric because otherwise you'll get marks and creases. And then they're ready, obviously, to go into the wardrobe. If, however, you have a full-length wardrobe, you can hang from the top of the trousers.

Just apply again the clips onto the top of the trousers, and hang the trousers full length - which will mean that you certainly won't get a crease going through the middle. If you're storing your trousers in a drawer, then you can half-fold the trousers in as you would do if you had a half-length wardrobe. Just fold them quite neatly like that.

You can also bring the side of the trousers in, again, if you have more limited room but just keep that down the front of the pleats because you will lose that because of the softness of the fabric. And that's how you fold linen trousers.
