I'm going to be showing you how to forget a girl. We've all liked a girl that hasn't liked us back. Whether you are an amazing player when you get loads of girls for fun or you're guy who has trouble speaking to any girl at all, we've all liked someone and they haven't returned that affection.

Here's how to forget that person. First of all, take the positives out of the situation. Then, tell yourself "Why didn't I get this person's attention"? "Why didn't I get this person to go out with me"? This is not going to be a negative experience where you are going to go, "Oh, I didn't have any girl because I'm boring", or "I didn't have any girl because of this".

Think about it. Do I make my affection known to them? Did I make enough of an effort to make them like me? Did I talk in a way which made them know that I liked them? Analyze your posture and your body language. Think next time when you speak to someone that you really like.

Think of it like this, when you're speaking to somebody you really like, "Do I keep my shoulders back? Am I relaxed? Do I hang chat"? You really shouldn't hang chat when you talk with someone you like because it's defensive. It puts a barrier across. If you're going to forget the girl that you used to like and move to talking to new girls that you do like, we are going to take the little parts of you that are slowly wrong and change them and turn you into a polished new package.

When you are trying to forget a girl, it's really hard to forget and get over them if you are constantly reminded about them. If they are there everywhere you look, if these reminders of them are there, so what you're going to do is you are going to take your confident brand new self out with a new group of friends and this might sound harsh to your old mates but it's not. You're not really going to forget your old mates but you are just going to meet some new friends temporarily because they are going to introduce you to new people and you will be going out of town to new places and you will have a good time.

It's often very hard if you are in the same group of friends to meet new people. You tend to know all of their friends very quickly. You tend to know all the people that you hang around with.

You don't get to meet new people. So, it's easy for you to meet someone that you do like and you can be fixated with them because you don't meet anyone else you like. Why don't you set yourself right out there and go out and try to meet as many new people that you might like as possible? That was how to forget a girl.
