Welcome to this wonderfully easy guide to freezing corn, a national favorite ingredient that is versatile and loved enough to be frozen.

Ingredients

  • 1 large corn on the cob

Step 1: Prepare The Corn

Under a tap, wash the corn by hand. Over a chopping board, take a sharp kitchen knife and slice down the sides of the cob to make sure all of the corn is extracted from the cob and onto the chopping board.

Step 2: Preserve The Corn

Take a freezing bag, place all of the corn into the freezing bag, roll up and compress the corn in the bag until all of the air is extracted, and make sure the bag is sealed tightly. Place into your freezer.
