In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to gain lean muscle mass. Now, to get lean muscles, you need to burn fat and also build up muscle. That will give you more definition, more lines, more cut so you'll fitter and sharper.

One way of doing this is by using a kettlebell and doing a bit of circuit training. Circuit training is when you mix in a few exercises together. What it does is it raises the heart rate, so you burn fat, but you also do resistance training to build up muscles.

I'm going to show you the exercise first and then I'm going to break it down into stages. So, the first part of the exercise was a squat thrust where you jump back, so one hand on the floor, one hand on the kettlebell and jump back. That works your legs and abs.

Then, the press-up, down and up, then bum out, jump forward. Again, that works your legs and your abs. Then standing up, legs and abs again, lifting the kettlebell up, that's the entire body, and then shoulder press at the end.

So, one more time, jumping back, press up, jumping up, standing up, twisting and push. Now, if we do it quickly, it's cardio resistance training together which is how you build lean muscle mass fast. .
