I'm here today to give you some fitness tips. In this video I am going to talk to you about how to gain muscle fast. Now to gain muscle fast you need to do a few things.
First thing, you need to eat correctly. This means get rid of the alcohol, ge rid of the processed foods. Eat good lean meats, and lean fish.
High protein, high carb, low sugar diet. That will really help you. Also you need to drink lots of water as well.
I recommend 3 to 4 waters per day. Secondly, you need to train. You need to train a lot.
Every day if you can. When you train you have a choice between doing cardio exercises or strength training exercises. If your reason is for gaining muscle you need to do strength training exercises.
You need to put your muscle under strain. To do that you need to do the right exercises and have the right intensity. Let me explain what I am talking about.
Let's say I want to work my arm, get my arm bigger. Now I could do bicep girls, however as you can see, my arm is mainly made up of tricep. As you can see two thirds of my arm is made up of my tricep.
So it makes sense for me to do tricep exercises and a couple of bicep exercises. Tricep exercises I could do these ones (gives a physical example). I could do these ones (shows another exercise).
Basically, there's loads. Now which ones are better, which ones are worse? Generally speaking the best ones are compound exercises. That means your triceps are working in combination with other exercises.
Good examples of tricep compound exercises are bench press and press-ups. Now these are more commonly known as chest exercises but the truth is they work your triceps better than anything else. Let me show you by far the best tricep building exercise you can do.
It's a close grip bench press or the equivalent is a close grip decline press-up. It works exactly the same muscle groups. So let me put my feet up, hands on the floor, hands close together, down and up (does an example of the exercise).
That puts a lot of strain on my triceps and is by far the best exercise you can do. So to recap you need to look at your diet, you need to eat good food, eat high protein high carbs, you need to go to the gym every day and do weight training. And you need to do a little thinking, do a little research to find out what the best exercises are.
They tend to be compound exercises which work a few muscles at once. Or make a mix of upper body lower body and have fun with it. You should see differences every week.
