A short video on how to gain muscle quickly. The video includes a few basic arm and shoulder exercises in high rep volume in addition to a diet program that involves protein and carbohydrates.
In this video, I'm going to talk about how to gain muscle quickly. There are two things you need to do, you need to work on diet and training. In terms of training, the best thing you can do is do one of the hardest exercises with a clean press and do it well.
It looks quite complicated but it really isn't. What I'm doing are three well-known exercises and I'm doing them together. I'm doing stiff leg dead lift, goes up my back, my hamstring.
Then I'm doing upright row, gets my shoulders and top of my back. Then I'm doing shoulder press which gets my arms. So, kind of my whole body is working that whole move.
Now, I recommend starting with a light bar, always keep the body straight. Maybe 30 or 40 reps, that would be the best exercise to gain muscle quickly. Next, we are looking at diet.
Now, to really gain some muscle, you have to have high protein. The recommended amount is to have 2 grams per kilo of body weight. On top of this, you should have a high carbohydrate diet. .
