If you want a bubble butt like your favorite star, here are two great exercises that will isolate your glute muscles and produce the look you want.
In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to get a bubble butt. Now, if you want to have more definition in your bum area but don't want to get the exercise in your legs and upper parts of your body, you need to do exercises that isolate your gluteus muscles. I'm going to show you two, today.
First one, using a cable machine, I link this onto my foot and go into a press up position. Go in and out. In and out, it always does, technically, I'm working a few muscles but I'm putting most of the emphasis on the glutes.
So, I do one set on one side as many as I can. Swap legs and do as many as I can on the other side. So, that's one exercise.
The second one, we're going to do a variation of a squat. Now, as you may know, a squat is great for the glutes. You're also working your quads and your lower back.
What we're going to do is do a deep squat. This puts much more emphasis on your glutes. So, hold the weight across your chest, go down to normal squat, and then, you go even lower.
All the way down and up. All the way down and up. This works the glutes way more than normal.
It's quite advanced. If you're quite tight around the hips, go early to stretch off before hand and always start off light. Maybe start off with your body.
Slowly add the weights, an extra few kilos every couple of weeks. That's two exercises you can do to get a bubble butt. You've got the one leg lifts using the cables and also you've got the deep squats.
