Don't make cheap excuses for quitting before trying. He probably recorded it as a single motion, but later thought that he should make it longer because else people won't understand they need to HOLD it, so looped it. Thanks for the workout idea
@Rakkoon it does work. It's obvious that it works. However, he did loop the video- probably because he filmed it before he did the voice over and didn't know how long he would have to keep his belly up. Please use your brain.
