How To Get A Flat Stomach Using Crunches

Step 1:

Abdominal Crunches

Crunches are definitely the best exercise for the upper and middle abdominal section. Lift yourself up only with the strength of your abdominal muscles.

Step 2:

Contract The Muscles

At the top of the movement, try to fully contract them before you slowly lower your upper body down to the starting position.

Exercise in a non-stop manner for maximum results.
You should aim to do three to four sets with a maximum number of reps in perfect form is all you need to do.
