This video is showing how to create six pack abs fast which is done by accessing you body fat level and then doing two exercises shown in the video.
If you looking to get a six pack abs fast, the first thing we need to do is to access your body fat level. Most guys are usually holding 20 to 25 percent body fats. To actually see your rectus adominis or the six pack muscles, need to get your body fat around about 12 percent which means you could do all the abs exercises in the world.
But if you got a layer of fat on top of you then you are not going to see it. The first protocol is to access your body fat levels, get it measured by a doctor or your fitness instructor. If the body fat is high which means 15 to 25 percent then your best bet is to look at your diet and do general resistant cardio programs to get your body fat lower.
Now, once your body fat is lower or say, you are naturally lean then doing some exercises on rectus adominis or the six pack muscles will develop and you will actually see a difference. So I am going to show you now is two exercises for once your body fat gone down to get you an impressive six pack fast. First of all, in this exercise, I am resting my arms, not allowing my self to sink in, pushing myself up just holding to the machine and I am going to lift my legs up and slowly down.
Technically, this will strengthen my abs and also my hip flexors which kind of the lower abs area. Now, if you are quite strong, then this may be easy, so what you can do is add some dumbbell or weights in between your feet that will give you more resistance .You have to get fat level below 15 percents so that you can get some size and definition in the abs muscle.
So that is the first one and the other exercise you can do is by using a Swiss ball setting up in a press up position and roll in the ball and then roll out, it works for few muscles like hamstring muscles, gluteus, lower backs and it puts a lot of strain on your abs just by holding yourself up there is hard work and pulling in and out, the movements initiates your muscles.
