In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to get Heidi Klum body. Heidi Klum trains with David Kirsch, a very successful trainer in New York and they do a kind of circuit training classes. What they do, they do a bit of resistance training for about five seconds and they keep on doing another exercise, another exercise continuously, again and again and again.

What this does is tones the body while keeping the heart rate up so she burns fat while also maintains quite a tone physique. I'm going to show you an example of the kind of training she does. I'm going to do some press-ups, some squats, some shadow boxing, and some dips all in a little circuit.

Let me show you that first. Five press-ups. Two.

Three. Stretch away. Squats.

Do them quite quickly. Three. Get the heart rate up.

Four. Five. Shadow boxing.

Punch. Punch. Punch.

Punch. Punch. And then, dips.

Be sure you do this again and again and again for about 10 minutes without any rest at all. Then, take about two or three minutes rest and do it again. Now the key thing isn't the actual exercises.

It's to mix it up in intensity. Do any exercise you'd like. Some upper body, some lower body.
