Hi there. Today, I'm going to show you how to get Jennifer Aniston's perfect bikini body. She is very keen on interval training and specifically tends to do a 22-minute workout which consists of a 5-minute warm-up, usually jogging or maybe cross trainer, followed by 17 minutes of interval training.

This consists of one minute of high intensity effort, followed by two minutes of moderate intensity effort. We are going to start off by doing a dead lift into curl and press for one minute. So, maximum effort followed by some step and knee lifts on a bench or alternatively, a high step.

So, here we go. So, if I break the movement down, you are doing a dead lift with the dumbbells, curling and pushing, speeding that up. We are going to complete this for a minute, keeping the chest nice and lifted, the core nice and tight, going a full range of movement.

Dead lift, curl, big push at the top. Good. So, we are going to do step, knee, step, knee.

So, it's down, down, step, knee. Again, contracting those abs throughout the movement, just for two minutes. So, this is our moderate interval.
