I'm going to show you how to get Jennifer Lopez's bum. I'm going to show you two exercises. The first of which is a squat with front raise and the second, the Bulgarian lunge.
So, taking a medicine ball, feet are slightly wider than hip-width apart and feet turned out, you're going to squat down through the heels, lifting the medicine ball up to chest height, and then come back up to the start position. So, nice and slowly down, squeeze through the heels, squeeze the gluts together, and then control the movement back down. Just like that.
All the way down and squeeze. So, you want to complete between 15 and 20 repetitions of these. Good.
So, the second exercise we're going to do in the Jennifer Lopez Bum workout is the Bulgarian lunge. So, you're going to take a split stance, placing the back foot up into a step, body up nice and straight, hands onto the hips. You're going to lunge down so the body weight is all through that front foot and then, going to squeeze up.
Nice and slowly down, control the body movement, and up. You want to try and squeeze the glut on the working side. All the way down, front knee at 90 degrees, and up.
Again, try and complete 15 to 20 repetitions of these. And that is how you do the Jennifer Lopez bum workout. .
