Today, I'm going to show you two exercises to achieve Kylie Minogue's butt. The first one is a sky squat. Second one will be a static squat against a wall.

So, to start off with, place your feet hip-width apart with the feet slightly turned out. The arms are going to extend in front of the chest to help us to counterbalance. We're going to squat all the way down.

Try and keep your body weight through the heels. Come up to neutral and then, stretch up onto the toes. So, squatting all the way down with the chest lifted.

Stretch up. Squeeze the calves. Back down to neutral.

You want to aim to do 25 of these. Good, big stretch at the top, and up. Again, we're going to do one more.

Squatting down, up and stretch, so that was a sky squat. The second exercise is a static squat against the wall. So, with the back nice and flat and the head lifted, we're going to tip the feet slightly forward and apart and we're going to turn them out very slightly.

This is going to help us to focus on the glut part of the leg. So, hands on the hips, we're going to squat down so the knees are at 90 degrees and we're going to hold that for one minute. Again, even in this position, we can engage the abs, keeping them nice and taunt, holding that for a minute and back up.
