How To Get A Quick Six Pack
Fitness trainer, Richard Hume takes you through a series of stomach crunches with different varying degrees of difficulty with step-by-step instructions. These will not only teach you how to get those sexy six pack abs you've dreamed of but will offer ways to protect your body as well.
In this video, we are going to talk about how to get a six pack. We're going to talk about three different exercises, one very simple and the other, quite advanced. The first exercise is the stomach crunch, a very simple three-step process, lying flat on your back, legs bent, feet together, hands beside your head and nicely gaped between your chin and your chest, lifting the top part of your torso up and then down.
Nicely controlled, remembering to breathe, and it doesn't matter how fast you go as long as they are nicely controlled. This is a very simple stomach crunch. The second exercise is a variation of the stomach crunch and involves quite a substantial twist.
Very simply, all you need to do is to have your feet hooked underneath a door, a weight, or you can try to have somebody hold your feet together. Feet together, hands beside your head, and come sit right away up and keep them nicely gaped at your chest. Just come and grab hold of the ball to your right.
Very simply, you are going to go halfway back and then twist to the left and to the right. The heavier the weight or the ball, in this case, the more pressure you will feel on your stomach. As with all the stomach exercises, the farther you lean back, the more pressure you'll feel on your lower back.
Just take it step by step and see how far you can go. It's a great exercise to help flatten the side of your stomach. The third and final exercise, you do need to have somebody here to help you support your body.
Very simply, the supporting person stands with their feet shoulder-width apart, just the other side of the participant's head. They will grab the backs of your legs as they can put as much pressure as they want to and generally use it as a pivot point. .
