Today, I am going to show you how to get a Rihanna body. She loves to do squats and lunges supposedly, so I am going to show you two exercises. The first is lunges onto a step which is going to retarget the glutes and the second is box spot which again will target the glutes but will also bring in some of the other leg muscles.

So, starting with dumbbells in hands, feet together, you are going to lunge onto a step and push off, lunge down and off. What you want to do is make sure you land onto the heel of lunging forward and again push off the heel. This will ensure you contract the glutes and not so much the cords which is the muscle at the front of the leg.

So, lunge down on the heel and push off the heel. Once complete around 12-15 on each leg, then go straight into the box work, so feet nice and wide, slightly turned up, you are going to face the hands in front of the chest to constant balance the body weight, sitting down nice and slowly, you are going to push through the heels and squeeze the bum on the way up, so nice and slow, down up and squeeze the glutes. Again, complete 12-15 repetitions a piece.
