Today, I'm going to show you how to get Ryan Reynolds' body. Specifically, we're going to look at his core and his abs. The first exercise we're going to do is a straight leg raise.

Lying on the floor, you're going to adopt a crunch position. Fingertips behind the ears, hips tilted to engage those lower abs. Lifting up into a crunch position, with feet together, slight bend in the knees, you're going to lower the legs until they almost touch the floor and then lift them up to about 90 degrees.

Nice and steady, control that movement down. You should feel it in the lower abs throughout the movement. You want to complete between twelve and fifteen repetitions.

Good. Next, we're going to go to the mountain climber. For this, we're going to use a bosu ball which is going to make it particularly difficult.

Placing it ball-side down, take a nice wide grip on either end of the ball. The feet are extended out behind you and the legs are together. You're going to bend the arms slightly, keeping the shoulders down and the chest lifted.

Then, rotate the body, bringing the opposite knee to meet the elbow. Again, you want to complete twelve to fifteen repetitions of these on either side. That is how you get Ryan Reynolds' body.
