In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to get a six pack fast. Now, to get a six pack, you need to build up your rectus abdominis, your abdominal muscles, and you need to burn fat. I'm going to show you an exercise which does both.
I'm going to show you an incline squat thrust. Now, this is quite advanced, but it gets results very quickly. And it gets you a six pack very quickly, too.
Do that maybe 20 or 30 times in a rep. Jumping higher puts a lot more strain on my abs. And, also, because I'm moving big muscle groups, my legs and my bum, I'm burning more calories.
My heart rate goes up. So, I'm actually burning fat and building muscles here at the same time. That's much better than just doing basic sit-ups if you want quick results.
Now, another thing you need to think about is the way you eat. You need to get your body fat down to right around 10% if you're going to see a six pack. Down to about 6% if you want to look like a cover model, fitness model kind of body.
To do this, you have to be really disciplined on your food - low fat, high protein, low carbs, no sugar, no alcohol. Be really strict. It's kind of a bit of a lifestyle to get a six pack.
You can't just do a half an hour in a gym a few times a week. You have to really commit yourself and on that tip on how to get a six pack fast. .
