How To Get A Tan: Are you tired of being mistaken for a vampire? Have you gotten a bad tan that left you looking a bit orange? This VideoJug how-to has important tips on making sure you select the right tanning technician to give you that perfect golden spray tan.

Hi, my name is Abigail Oleck and I'm the founder of Beaubronz and spray tanner to the stars. Now I'm going to share with you my top tanning tips. Okay, so when you want to get a tan, a spray tan, the first thing that I recommend--which is really easy these days; you can just Google for your local spray tanning shop.

When you call them up, I want you to make sure that first of all, you find out if their courses are accredited. Also make sure that they are fully insured and make sure that they know the percentage of DHA and the brand of products that they are using on your skin. You also need to do a little bit of your own homework.

If you've got fair skin, you want to make sure that you are using between 8 and 9 percent in salon; 4 percentage for your retail products 8 to 9 percent in salon. If you're darker in complexion, you can go up to about 10.5% DHA.

I fully recommend that nobody uses over 10.5% DHA. Anything over ten and a half will start to go orange.

So to recap that, the most important thing is that the salon that you find actually knows the brand that they're using. I can't tell you how many shops out there actually, do not know the name of the brand that they're using. You also want to make sure that your tan technician is fully qualified with an accredited course and that she is insured, as well.

This is especially important when you're booking mobile tans. There's a lot of mobile tans now available out there and a lot of them are exceptionally good, but there are some that aren't so good. So you need to make sure that the person coming into your house and applying your tan knows exactly what she's doing.

Make sure you read reviews about them on the website and that you do your homework. That way, you can then have your perfect spray tan either in salon or even at home, and enjoy it and enjoy the safe way to tan. .
