In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to get abs quick. Now, before you go to the gym and do your training, you have to look at your diet. You have to eat cleanly: less alcohol, less sugar, more protein, less carbs, all the kind of stuff you probably already know.

You need to be strict and disciplined. If you're strict in your diet, you can actually see an improvement in your abs because we already have a six pack, already, it's just that most of us have fat on top of it, covering it up. Okay, but once you do improve your diet, or whilst you're improving that, it is a good idea to do some exercises to supplement it and give you more definition and more muscular size in this region.

The first exercise I'm going to show you, you're going to lie on a bench, knees in, and knees out. What I would recommend if it's a bit too easy for you, crunch in and out. Notice my hands are behind holding the bench, which makes it a bit easier.

Again, there are always ways of making things a little bit tougher - I could let go, even tougher. Now, it strengthens your abs, also your lower back. Just be careful you don't curve in too much; it puts too much strain on your back.

Try and be straight. Another exercise you can do, which is quite advanced, is you throw your legs in the air, and you slowly come down. Go up, and then slowly come down.

I recommend doing as many as you can. For most of you, doing one or two will be really tough. If you can do more than twenty, you probably don't need to be watching this video.
