If you're looking to get big arms fast, the biggest mistake you can make is just to focus only on the biceps. The biceps only take up about a third of your arm. It's the triceps, the back of the arm, which make up the most of the arm.

If you want to get big arms fast, work the triceps. I'm going to show you now the two best exercises in the triceps area. Firstly, we have the triceps extension.

Pick the weight. I'd always get something light to begin with to practice, maybe two or three kilos. Up above your head, grab just below the elbow so it's secure.

Slowly go down. Slowly go up. The bigger the range of movement you have, the more of the triceps area you're working.

So, doing this, little movements, still may be hard but it's not going to get you bigger. So, go all the way down and all the way up. Now, because you're lifting a weight above your head, do it really slowly, really concentrate and start off with a light weight.

As the weeks progress, maybe add a kilo to every week or two weeks. Add one kilo more to it. Now, you're looking to do as many reps as you can.

If you can do more than 20, it's probably too light for you. If you can't do more than 5, it's probably too heavy for you. Next exercise, I'm doing a close grip, decline press-up.

Press-ups work your chest and your shoulders, the front of the shoulder, and your triceps. If we put our hands together, most of the muscles in the chest switch off so the triceps have to do a lot more work. It's really good for bulking up and getting big arms.

Hands together, feet on a bench, slowly down, slowly up. As with all exercises, you breathe in on the easy part and breathe out on the hard part. Again, same rules apply.

If you can't do four or five reps, probably have your feet on the floor. If you can do that 20 or 30 times, go higher and higher and higher. And that's some tips how to get big arms fast. .
