How To Get Bigger Biceps

If you're training to get bigger biceps, you'll need some tips to make your training more effective and so, results, quicker. First of all, you have to be doing exercises isolating the bicep muscles. Secondly, you need to choose a weight which is heavy, which means you can do it more than, say, five times, but you can't do it more than, say, fifteen times.
If you do use a weight too light, doing twenty or thirty reps, it's not going to make a big enough difference and even though you will feel it burning, you won't get the size you want. Now, there are many different variations of bicep curls, bicep extensions out there; there is at least forty or fifty exercises I could name. However, the most effective one by far is the decline bicep curl.
Let me show you. Sitting on a bench, leaning back, arm back, pulling in. Key thing: my arm is straight, it's not going here.
The decline bicep curl is so effective because you are actually stretching out the bicep muscle. When you're stretching out, you have more range of movement, you activate more muscle fibers and you get more growth. So if you are only going to pick one exercise, do the decline bicep curl.
